The Deadwood Social Club is teaming up with Hay Camp Brewing Company and Spearfish Brewing for this one of a kind event. This is the first beer dinner that Adam and his brother, Nathan Venner, (Brew master of Spearfish Brewing Co.) will be doing together. They’ve invited Hay Camp so you can experience two beers with one dish. This will be a guided dinner where chef and brewers discuss the thought process behind flavor pairing.
Four local farms are being featured: Young Mushrooms (Spearfish, SD), The Rusty Bucket (Rozet, WY), Belle Valley Grains (Newell, SD), and Sunrise Hives (Spearfish, SD).

butternut squash and sunflowers
a duo of oysters
ancient grains & greens
ribeye, lion’s mane & foie gras
baked apples, ice cream, oats
