Event Booking

The Showroom is Hay Camp's 3,000 sq ft event space inside our 1948 art-deco building at 601 Kansas City Street in downtown Rapid City.

What's the space like?

Open floor plan with flexible configuration: set it for a seated dinner, a standing reception, a stage show, or a full-capacity concert. The Showroom shares the Mothership building with the taproom and the Bashful Bison Deli, so your guests have Hay Camp's full tap list and the Bison's menu close at hand.

We host weddings and rehearsal dinners, showers, graduation and birthday parties, business meetings and conferences, holiday parties, concerts, nonprofit fundraisers and community gatherings. If you're not sure your event fits, ask. It probably does.

Can I see it first?

Stop by any time we're open (Monday–Wednesday 11 AM–9 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM–10 PM) and ask anyone on the crew. They can show you the Showroom and answer questions about pricing. Planning a wedding? Mention it in your inquiry and we'll set up a time for you to meet with our events team.

How do I book?

Fill out the form below with your date, the kind of event, and a rough headcount. We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) with availability and our pricing sheet. No date is held until we confirm it with you.
