For five decades, the Sime family has provided locals with a variety of gardening, landscaping, and greenhouse supplies, as well as helpful tips for any level of gardener. While Jolly Lane Greenhouse is a thriving enterprise today, the family-owned business was founded on a whim.

50 years later, after a lot of hard work, a concerted family effort, and studying mistakes, the Jolly Lane Greenhouse has become Rapid City’s most beloved full-service garden center. The Sime's five children, Scott, Pam, Angie, Todd and Tim, have all shared a role in the expansion of the greenhouse operation, and built a reputation as the go-to gardeners in the Black Hills area.
